Introduction

We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team – on a Temp to Perm basis.

All the responsibilities associated with an Internal Sales Consultant.

Duties & Responsibilities

The employees duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Servicing existing accounts,
  • Establishing new accounts,
  • Obtaining orders,
  • Communicating constantly with clients, external sales reps and merchandisers,
  • Planning and organizing daily work schedules,
  • Submitting orders for invoicing by referring to price lists and product requirement,
  • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques,
  • Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems and proposing recommendations to management,
  • Understanding product range and product position at customers,
  • Maintaining records on areas and customer sales,
  • Working closely with the entire sales team (team spirit principle) should avail at all times.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Traceable sales experience in the FMCG sector with a good sound track record.

Other Minimum Requirements:           

  • Must be energetic and able to communicate with confidence, must have thorough knowledge of excel and word.
