FUNCTIONAL / OPERATIONAL ROLE
Coordinates various administrative functions by issuing work orders, sourcing quotations, obtaining relevant signatures and approvals, reconciling received, outstanding and overdue orders and organising delivery dates with clients. Updates outstanding Work Order schedules and reports any anomalies to supervisor for corrective action. Follow up on scheduled services as per Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Submits documents to Accounts on a daily basis.
Attends to queries regarding outstanding payments and outstanding work orders by communicating with relevant stakeholders and supplying regular feedback to clients and management.
Undertakes special projects as required by management on an ad-hoc basis e.g. collecting and collating information, supplying explanations and details on various aspects.
Maintains an accurate and easily accessibly filing system within the department by filing documents
Performs any other activities necessary for the effective completion of his/her work.
