Introduction

A Randburg based company requires a Labour Relations Advisor to provide Labour Relations Advice and support to its clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Know and keep up to date with employment legislation
  • Know and keep up to date with workplace policies
  • Advise clients with regard to disciplinary procedures
  • Ensure fair disciplinary processes
  • Chair disciplinary hearings
  • Treat employers and employees fairly and without bias
  • Assists with retrenchment procedures
  • Assists with CCMA matters
  • Assists in negotiations necessary
  • Liaise with unions and Bargaining councils
  • Extensive country wide travel to assist clients

Desired Experience & Qualification

At least 8 years in a similar role

Tertiary qualification in Labour relations or Human Resources Management

Valid drivers licence and own car essential

 

Package & Remuneration

R25 000 per month
