SALARY : R173 703 – R204 612 per annum (Level 05) (plus benefit)

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12/Standard 10 certificate, relevant experience will be an added
advantage. A valid driver’s license minimum Code B. Other skills/requirements:
Computer literacy in Windows and MS Office. Above-average data and report
typing skills. Good writing skills. Good office organisational skills. Telephone
etiquette, Good communication skills, Client-orientated and Customerfocused.

DUTIES : Receive telephone calls, messages, emails, and channel to relevant role
players. Welcome, receive and direct clients to relevant units. Provide relevant
information as required. Operate office equipment, e.g. computers,
photocopiers and fax machines. Liaise with internal and external personnel.
Maintain the telephone directory. Maintain and control the visitor register and
visitor access cards at reception. Be willing to render general clerical and
administrative support services. Record, organise, store, capture and retrieve
correspondence and data (line function). Update registers and statistics.
Handle routine enquiries. Make photocopies and receive or send facsimiles
and emails. Type letters and/or other correspondence when required.
