Introduction

A well-established publishing and events management company is currently seeking to appoint an Office Administrator in the Durban Branch.

The successful incumbent will be working with a team of creatives and events management coordinators.

Duties & Responsibilities

Administration and Office Coordination;

Schedule meetings and minute taking;

Liaise with clients and attend to client queries;

Screen and respond to all incoming telecommunications;

Data Management and an efficient filing system;

Manage all courier requirements;

Basic Bookkeeping

Desired Experience & Qualification

Post Matric Qualification in Business Administration

Min 2 years’ experience in an Administrative role

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
