Job Brief:
We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Sales & Marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies as per NTPL’s strategic plan.

As a Sales & Marketing intern, you will collaborate with our Sales Manager, Sales Co-ordinator, Operations and Finance Teams – a brilliant opportunity to be exposed to all facets of the organisation, that will enable you to provide freight solutions to our clients. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing and revenue channels.

Duration: 12 Months (1 November 2020 – 31 October 2020)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform market analysis and research on competition
  • Perform research activities on prospective clients
  • Help organise cold-calling campaigns and client surveys
  • Support the sales and marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
  • Assist with the preparation and collation of presentations
  • Assist and prepare freight quotations as required by clients
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  • Manage and compile CRM data for the sales and marketing team
