Introduction
NACOSA is a non-profit networking organisation that brings communities together to tackle HIV and its impact on vulnerable people. We have a 19 year track record of working with donors, government and communities to strengthen community systems and turn the tide on HIV, AIDS and TB.
We do this through mobilizing our network of over 1,900 organisations, promoting dialogue between government and affected people, building capacity with accredited training, mentoring and technical assistance and channeling resources to support service delivery on the ground, particularly for children and youth, key populations and women and girls.

Specification
The role

•Support the onboarding of personnel including orientation training, onboarding administration etc.
•Supporting the remuneration and benefits processes (SAGE 300 People experience highly advantageous)
•To provide support during the organizational design processes, and creating job descriptions
•Guide and support the performance appraisal and review processes
•General monthly time and attendance administration
•Taking full ownership of the recruitment and selection process for certain positions
•Assist with the implementation of policies and procedures and providing guidance to line-management in this regard
•Assistance with Skills Development activities and the roll-out and record keeping of discretionary grants
•Support during the process of statutory reports submission including COIDA, WSP/ATR, etc.
•Willing to assist with ad hoc day-to-day general administrative work in the Human Resource Department
•Uphold and exemplify NACOSA, its vision, mission, values and objectives, etc.
•Ensure adherence to HR NACOSA policies and procedures by providing advice and guidance in this regard

Requirements

•A completed relevant degree and or diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
•Min 2-3 years’ sound generalist experience Human Resource administration
•Intermediate computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook
•Highly organized and structured approach to tasks
•Good time management skills and ability to deliver according to deadline
•Good written and verbal communication skills
•Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Willingness to go the extra mile
•South African citizen
•A valid driver’s license
