M&T Developments: Recruitment Specialist / HR Generalist

Duties & Responsibilities

–  Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management

–  Plan, direct and coordinate the HR administrative functions of the company

–  Full recruitment and selection function

–  Employment Equity

–  Skills Development

–  Forming and maintaining employee records

–  Develop, implement, and maintain all HR policies and procedures across the organisation

–  Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

–  Assist HR Manager with Disciplinary -and CCMA disputes

Desired Experience & Qualification

–  5+ Years experience in a HR environment

–  5+ Years Recruitment & Selection experience

–  Experience in the Construction Industry will be a major advantage

–  Computer literate

–  Excellent organising- and people skills

–  Able to work in a high pressure environment
