Moladira is looking for Telesales Call Centre Agents with a proven track record in selling FTTH products. The Purpose of the role is to increase market share through engaging prospective clients around what solutions are available based on their needs.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on FTTH
  • Conduct needs analysis to unpack client requirements
  • Engage clients on the inbound line as well as the outbound lines
  • Cold Calling
  • Handle all client objections through various sales techniques with the aim to convert the prospect into a client
  • Convert prospects into sales orders
  • Process sales orders
  • Communicate effectively with clients in writing
  • Work in collaboration with all internal stakeholders to ensure congruence within the business and Excellent Customer Experience

Requirements

  • Matric is a must
  • 1 Year Telesales Exp. within an inbound or Outbound Environment.
  • 6 months Fibre Exp. within a Service or Sales Environment
