Top Medical device company lseeking an experienced Customer Service agent .

Duties and responsibilities

 

  • Processing of orders;
  • Liaising with customers ( Hospitals )
  • Dealing with Sales Consultants regarding queries, requests, sales orders, etc.
  • Responsible for following up on backorders;
  • Allocating stock for orders;
  • Preparing quotes and pro-forma invoices;  / Invoicing

 

 

Desired Experience & Qualification

 

  • Previous experience in Customer Support is essential;
  • Experience on SAP – Essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • People skills; • Professionalism• Service orientated

Package & Remuneration

Negotiable / depending on experience and current renumeration.
