Primary purpose of the job Accurate capturing of prescriptions, acute and/or chronic medication. (As per SOP) Handling of clinical discussion and/or enquiries with patients and health care professionals or SPNs Compliance to SLA requirements (completing of mailbox profiles, action diaries within required timelines) Attending to and responding in a professional manner to email messages or enquiries received from management, SPNs or members. Attending to OUT OF WIP notifications Attending to rejected prescriptions and templates as priority, in order to ensure SLA compliance. Attending of SOP training and SOP revision training Compliance with Company Policies, Procedures and SOPs

Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant

EXPERIENCE

 

Previous experience in a courier related pharmacy will be advantages.

 

LICENSING & ACCREDITATION SAPC
TRAINING REQUIRED  Training on company systems (e.g.  Medipost APP, MHRS on-line authorisation system, ESS, etc)
COMPETENCIES

(KEY BEHAVIOUR AREA)

Verbal and written communication skills, listening skills, patience, empathy, conflict resolution, customer service orientation, accuracy, data capturing skills, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills, able to work under pressure, adaptability, effective time management, detail orientated.
