Mascor: Precision AG Service Advisor

-Monitor JD Link, SVAP and Expert Alerts for Diagnostic and Maintenance alerts
-Communicate with relevant departments to ensure action for remote alerts are carried out, and followed up
-Add equipment to JD Link monitoring list as needed
-Compile regular and timeous reports
-Use Service Advisor Remote for troubleshooting and diagnostics
-Maintain customer details on JD Link and SVAP
-Create repair orders as required
-Assist with basic setup training and details as needed by the rest of the team
-Order stock, create purchase orders and follow up
-Receive and capture stock before dispatching
-Ensure invoicing is done for dispatched stock
-Reconcile Precision AG transactions
-Contact customers for subscription renewal options
-Check and report dead stock

Qualifications and Experience required:
•Grade 12
•Valid driver’s license
•3 Years John Deere technical experience (with relevant qualification)
•2 Years’ Service Advisor experience
