MASA Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd: Site Agent
MASA is a well establish labour outsourcing company. We have an opportunity for a Site Agent for a client of ours based in City Deep. We are looking for a candidate who has been a Site agent before and have experience with outsourced labour. 3-5 years’ experience essential. Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans essential.
Duties & Responsibilities
Experience in dealing with timesheets, costing forecasts, submitting all documents to the client to sign off including overtime on a weekly basis and then submitting timesheets to JHB ops office.
Strong communications skills required for both interaction with the Client (Customer service) as well as staff on site
Experience in Labour relations ideal/ experience in dealing with incident investigations and the skills to carry out a disciplinary process
Scheduling of staff for shifts is vital for this role as the client operates 24/7
Notify JHB Ops office if additional ad hoc staff that might be needed in a timeous manner (planning is essential)
Compile weekly reports both for the Client as well as for Ops Manager for Masa
Ensure that staff that are required to have various licenses to operate machines, forklifts, reach trucks, and drivers licenses if required,
Facilitate induction training for new contractors on site as well as responsible for making sure all employees on site have the correct PPE and relevant clearances and keeping records
Strong Ms skills including Ms Excel as reports are done on Excel
Must be willing to work overtime
Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Candidate must be fluent in both English and Afrikaans
