Job Description

Orb Diagnostics (Pty) Ltd are a medical and laboratories Supplies Company based in Northriding.
We are looking for a reliable Receptionist/Office Administrator.

Salary offered R 5000 to R8000 depending on skills offer

Responsibilities

They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and forwarding calls as necessary
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes
  • Ensure that all filing is kept neat and up to date at all times
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 or more years experience as a receptionist or in related field
  • High school diploma; Diploma/Certification in office administration or relevant field is advantageous
  • Competency in using Sage Pastel Accounting
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent time management, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
