Job Title: Office Receptionist

Orb Diagnostics (Pty) Ltd are a medical and laboratories Supplies Company based in Northriding.
We are looking for a reliable Receptionist/Office Administrator.
Salary offered R 5000 to R8000 depending on skills offer
They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and forwarding calls as necessary
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes
- Ensure that all filing is kept neat and up to date at all times
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Minimum of 2 or more years experience as a receptionist or in related field
- High school diploma; Diploma/Certification in office administration or relevant field is advantageous
- Competency in using Sage Pastel Accounting
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent time management, organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
