Duties & Responsibilities

 

Customer Sale Side

  • Contact 80% of all assigned customers in accordance with a weekly schedule at least once a week
  • Generate sales orders
  • Once receive pricing slips generate invoices
  • Call customers to confirm delivery of the goods and customer satisfaction
  • Follow up credit and debit notes (if any) that credit and debit noes are passed correctly
  • Provide reason for passing credit and debit notes
  • Follow up stock positions with the buyer and the operations team
  • Cross sell and upsell

Supplier Buy Side

  • Provide the sales Trader, buyer and the Financial Manager with weekly, monthly, customer sales forecasts
  • provide the sales trader, buyer and Financial Manager with weekly and monthly and quarterly stock requirements per customer underpinned by orders

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric certificate

Certificate in Cutomer service or telesales  will be advantageous
