Responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the complex.

Perform general handyman and maintenance duties in and around premises

 

changing of globes;

 

replacement and repairs of locks in tenant units

 

tiling of units

 

painting of tenants unit once tenants have vacated the premises;

 

minor plumbing issues that do not require expertise (e.g. clearing shower, minor blockage, changing of traps on basins etc.)

minor electrical work that do not require expertise
