Hydraform: Internal Sales Representative

Introduction

Responsible for servicing the needs of our existing customers, respond to new sales enquiries and to support the Sales Executives with administrative functions (through the CRM).  This position is the best stepping stone to gain relevant experience for anyone considering an outbound sales role.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administrative function for the Sales department
  • Provide excellent and consistent customer support to satisfy their business needs and building strong relationships
  • Prepare and submit quotes on behalf of Sales Executive
  • Liaison with customers via telephone and email
  • Communicate internally important feedback from customers
  • Attend to walk-in clients
  • Assessing high volumes of incoming enquiries and provide necessary action.
  • Perform routine sales follow-ups
  • Technical understanding of the Hydraform building system and products
  • Manage CRM system, capturing customer info, quotes/orders on the system

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric
  • 2 – 3 years working experience preferably in a Technical environment
  • Sales Ability with a Technical Aptitude
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good command of English verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
