HTN Attorneys Inc: Telesales Credit Advisor

Introduction

A Braamfontein based company requires an experienced Telesales Credit Advisor who thrives on working in a dynamic and energetic call centre environment to join their growing team.

A Telesales Credit Advisor will be expected to support the goals and objectives of the campaign by initiating the sales process referred to from the leads provided; ensuring that individual targets are achieved/exceeded by securing PTP’s, preparing quotes, while also contributing towards overall team performance in a consistent, professional and ethical manner.

The ideal candidate must be able to identify the customer’s “dream, diagnose the “problem” that may be preventing them for achieving their dream;  read and interpret the customer’s credit bureau report, then offer the most appropriate product solution for them.

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Initiate the “warm-up” of the sales process referred from lead data.
  • Educate customers on the current specials, product information and other related activities.
  • Interpret and analyse credit bureau reports.
  • Identify the customers’ “dream”, secure and qualify sales leads by diagnosing the “problem” identified by reading the credit bureau report and offer the most appropriate product solution.
  • Maintain a high level of understanding of current products and services.
  • Capture customer information correctly and accurately onto the various sales support systems.
  • Formalise a formal quotation to prospective clients based on the interaction had with the customers.
  • Respond and follow up on all rescheduled calls and pending information.
  • Liaise with the various sales channels, support staff, internal/external customers, and other relevant personnel in a professional manner that in line with our company values.
  • Provide additional support to the contact centre operations in terms of taking calls, handling internal/external client queries as and when required to do so.
  • Ensure not to misrepresent the product(s) to the clients.
  • Achieve monthly targets.
  • Handle and overcome objections.
  • Handle and resolve queries.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric or equivalent NQF
  • Any related qualification will be advantages
  • At least 3 years of experience selling similar products (like short term insurance/ legal assistance etc)
  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience working in a call centre in an outbound sales position
  • Stable work history – must be employed at a company for 2yrs+
  • Martic Maths
  • Clear Credit/Criminal Record
  • Interpreting and analysing credit bureau reports

  • Must be fluently multilingual, well-spoken and have exceptional reading skills
  • Must be a great negotiator and Influencer. Must have gift of the gab and sales driven.

Package & Remuneration

Negotiable salary on offer between R5000.00 – R7000.00, plus commision.
