Duties & Responsibilities

Purpose of the Job:

To manage and oversee the Payroll department.

Technical Competencies & Experience:

  1. 5 yrs experience in a payroll environment
  2. Relevant Diploma / B Comm degree
  3. Experience with Income tax and statutory payments
  4. Submitting payroll journals
  5. Generating management reports
  6. Preparing payroll recons and Statutory returns
  7. Skilled in VIP payroll and Time Attendance software
  8. Experience managing salaries and wages
  9. Computer literate in MS office
