Duties include, but are not limited to:
– Ensuring HR & Payroll compliance processes are managed timeously and in line with legislation.
– Ensuring all documentation and reports are adequate for monthly audit.
– Ensuring all client accounts are managed efficiently and timeously, and that all reconciliations are accurate.
– Payroll compliance on VIP:
- Ensure salaries are captured and in line with employee contracts, incentives, leave, sick pay, etc.
- New employee creation and terminations.
- Variance reports to be collated for sign-off.
- Exception report recons.
- Prepare all payrolls for upload by Payroll Manager.
- Benefits: check recon compliance.
- General adhoc reporting and admin.
– Employment equity:
- Accurate management of database.
- Report maintenance by Sage.
– Staff Management:
- Meetings with team, monthly KPAs to be set and measured.
