•Experience in FMCG and or cleaning industry essential.
•ND Food Technology (advantageous).
•Minimum 5 years experience within the Food Production Industry.
•Previous experience in HR-related matters.
•Previous experience with the Total Quality Management system would be advantageous.
•Must have own reliable transport essential and willingness to travel.
•Good command of the English Language.
•Exceptional communicator both verbally and written.
•Logical thinker as well as strategic and organized.
•Ability to manage and delegate tasks and duties.
•Exceptunal interpersonal skills and must have ability to build client relationships.
•Good understanding and knowledge of the cleaning industry and service orientated.
•Ability to solve problems efficiently and to be pro-active in identifying potential problems.
