Our client within the hospitality industry is seeking an experienced sous chef to join their team in Nelspruit

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Fully computer literate
  • At least two years experience as a sous chef
  • Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Culinary diploma or related certificate would be an advantage
  • Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
  • Registered member of SA Chefs with a good standing within SA Chefs
