A well-known Mining & Industrial Procurement company based in Pretoria is currently looking for a Junior Procurement Clerk to start as soon as possible.Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience Required Matric Fully bilingual

Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail and industrial purchasing, stock and price negotiation

A MUST (KEY REQUIREMENT)Computer literacyHigh attention to detail and accuracyAble to handle large volumesOwn reliable vehicle/transportMust have at least 1 years’ experience in buying

Advantageous Requirements Pastel / Xero Knowledge Diploma/Degree, preferably in procurementDuties include, but are not limited to:Full buyer functions Purchasing of Tools and Consumables Placing ordersManage stock levelsInventory optimisation

Price negotiations Souring quality suppliers and stock Identifying/sourcing of stock items Contact suppliers in writing or by telephone for any queries Follow-up with suppliers concerning deliveries/special orders Assist Sales Department with special stock inquiries.
