Qualification / Professional Membership
•A minimum NQF level 6 relevant qualification
•A certificate in QI training will be advantageous
•At least two years’ experience in improvement methodology or process engineering, LEAN or Six Sigma
•Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, and routine database activity, word processing, spread sheet, graphics.
•Computer literate: Efficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, STATA and spreadsheet application
•Demonstrate knowledge of synthesizing information and presentation, knowledge of evaluation designs in HIV programs
•Must have own car and valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel
