Must have previous experience in the following areas:
Staff supervision, ensuring drivers have valid licenses and up-to-date PDP’s
Ensure operational readiness, processing of timesheets for processing of wages
Attendance register management, recruitment of staff, staff discipline, knowledge of IR
Handle staff terminations, IOD processes, issue of uniforms, ensure driver training
