Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. Degree/ National Diploma in Finance or Public Management will be an added advantage. Experience in the financial environment will be an added advantage. Advanced computer skills (Excel, Ms Word, Outlook, Internet and PowerPoint.) are essential. Sound communication and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal relations and a team player. Ability to provide customer care. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Duties
Provide typing functions, provide general office administrative duties. Effective maintenance of records. Minute taking in various meetings. Sound verbal and written communication. Participate in various college committees, attend meeting and college activities.
