SALT: Mid to Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop digital marketing for eCommerce and retail stores in South Africa with a focus on efficient revenue growth
  • Challenge given structures, identify inefficiencies and lead the expansion and optimization of the digital marketing setup to bring it to the next level
  • Connect Retail and eCommerce processes to provide a unified brand experience and connect commercial channels with Brand Marketing and CRM
  • Establish a process landscape which allows to efficiently set and track consumer demographics, segmentation and buying behavior to drive targeted campaigns
  • Partner with multiple marketing, social media, merchandising, website and operations teams as well as vendors in order to secure efficient communication and sustainable growth, while also contributing to further developing partnerships with external parties



  • 5+ years of professional experience in managing digital marketing for retail eCommerce
  • Consumer-centric and data-driven performance mindset
  • Experience in managing a team, as well as vendors and agencies
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced analytical skills
