The Purpose of the clerk is to render effective help desk and enquiry services. the payment of connections fees. Deposits for services and actual services accounts.
Key Performance Areas :
The Clerk must ensure that the daily work is done to satisfaction and to achieve objectives of council, He or She will be responsible for. Render customer care service,
Administer Applications for new, revised or terminated services, provide assistance on the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Matric Certificate ( Grade 12). Computer literacy, 1 year relevant experience ( As an Advantage). Financial Management, knowledge of credit control and accounting procedures.
