RESPONSIBILITIES
•Campus administration and support
•Onsite HR Management
•Campus Safety & Security
•OHS compliance
•Campus budgeting and financial management
•Campus fleet management
•Campus facilities and maintenance management
•Knowledge of learner systems management (MIS)
•Management of other administration staff and performance appraisals
•Oversee examination administration
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
•Relevant 3-year Degree or Diploma in Administration or related qualification
•3-years proven management experience in a similar environment
•Proficiency in end-user computing
•Fluent in 2 official languages (one must be English)
•Valid driver’s licence

RECOMMENDATIONS
•Work experience in TVET Sector
•Familiar with ITS or similar MIS system
•Management experience
•Good customer care ability, teamwork, basic knowledge of Health & Safety & First aid
•Multitasker, reliable, honesty and maintain good ethical standards
