RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Ensure all policy applications are filed accurately, correctly and timeously.
Reconcile of monthly premiums received from the Institutions.
Processing of daily correspondence and discrepancy reports.
XD 150 should be updated with all details done on a policy ad correspondence send to Work Desk.
Checking and updating schedules.
Handling of telephone queries.
Provided Statistics and Assistance to the Senior Clerk.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

Grade 12

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

1 – 2 Years relevant experience in the Insurance Industry (specifically Premium Admin) will be an advantage.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

Excellent communication skills
Computer literate (MS Office)
Good interpersonal skills
Be accurate and figure oriented (compile reconciliations)
Be client friendly and service oriented.
